New Year's Eve.

it actually doesn't feel too long ago that i was watching fireworks, counting down to 2011.. but the truth is that we're almost reaching the end of January '11 already and CNY is coming real soon! *another round of fireworks! :D air pollution but it's really nice!!

this year's NYE was similar to last last year's one, went to Desa ParkCity with Jy and Amber. jy was the driver of the day fetching us "kids" around thank youus! :D 

NYE being NYE, everyone's out trying to get some new year feel... so the roads were all jammed with cars. jy drove us to somewhere in Menjalara to have dinner but so many restaurants were either having function or very packed!

when we finally went to DPC the parking lots were already almost full, lucky enough Pui Mun stays there so we could borrow her parking space at home for the night :)

at 32ºF. some dessert shop recommended by Pei Hui, but it was so small and people kept coming in, our plan to stay there and play games failed.

then we got bored so Jyy Yeen went to buy bubbles! saw some kids playing and we got jealous heh.

the very satisfying feeling when you see a lot of bubbles coming out with just one dip and one blow. hooh~

ah yeeeee ♥

after playing bubbles and sitting on the bench for a while, few others joined us at the bench.. one uncle who was quite old already came and rest his legs. 

then there was this family who came and jy overheard the girl's conversation with her mum about college application and stuff, so we somehow started talking to each other :) reminded me of the headache i got after spm... where to go? what to major in? next would be my younger sister's turn! hehe

then when it got closer to the auspicious time, we tried to follow the crowd in seek of the best spot for fireworks :D

pictures can't do justice, fireworks are just simply the prettiest when you see them burst into colourful sparks right above your head, and before one completely fades off, the next one comes exploding again. i just really love fireworks...

there goes 2010. i'm going to miss it very much... after all it's my last teen year how would i not miss it! but ah well, i look forward to the better happenings in 2011 :) nothing has to be crazily surprising to be best, i just really hope that everyone can be happy and appreciative of all the things and people around, and also for the time to not pass by so quickly. i dare not imagine what's going to happen when the day finally comes.

slept over at jy's place that night. it was really nice to be sleeping but talking. the room was so dark everything else in our heads became so clear, all the past present and future that we missed and some which we will never find a solution to why it happened that way instead of the other. 

i have no idea what time we slept but woke up pretty late the next day.. Jy's PlayStation Move made me feel a lot more awake after that, i feel like playing with it again now~ reading donkey book again rekindles so much of memories...

back to something more recent, yesterday night was awesome. 

i am surely going to miss moments like this. at a familiar place with the most familiar people, talking about anything that comes to mind and laughing about it together, refraining each other from getting distracted by the high-tech gadgets, thinking of a place nearby that we could go to... 

nothing too extraordinary, it's just a very genuine feeling i really like.
