Screamed at Genting!

*this is a delayed post*

the thought of going to genting has actually been in mind since... the first sem break. but it only finally worked on the 17th of August, and that also not everyone could make it. so it was a happy-four-persons trip :) Janice, Shin Hui, Su Ann and i.


decided to depart from 1U's bus terminal. sadly, the tickets for the 9am slot were already sold out by the time we reached. so waited there for the 10am bus. spent an hour feeling all excited while we had our breakfast - sandwiches prepared by AnnAnn's mommy ♥ thank you aunty!!


with all the talking and laughing and taking pictures, an hour passed sooner than we thought. i wonder why, the bus we took was full with elderlies, all old men and women with white or grey or no hair. we were like the only teenagers there and obviously we were the ones making most noise *shyshy* tried to control but laughters are just hard to be held back :D


we saw an accident involving a lorry in the journey! scary~ then vroom vroom vroom... we saw cars, trees, and more trees, then we began to feel the pressure in our ears, also known as 'air bubble' by Su Ann X) and very soon, we're there ready to take the cable car up!

Huihui has phobia to heights, so she was afraid of looking out X)

we were quite lost at first, the crowd at the lobby was whoah. alot of people everywhere. we then got ourselves registered at the counter, got a number and left the luggages at the bell counter. this is my first time dealing with all this with friends :) quite a good experience...

see, it was so foggy! so cooling so nice!!

then of course we couldn't wait any longer, bought our tickets and went for the outdoor theme park immediately :D

our first ride, some call it umbrella, i think it's mushroom. well, it was just okay... not chee-gek enough! OHHH, notice that tall tower-like thing beside, it's Space Shot!! and Su Ann was so upset+disappointed because it was closed for maintenance on that day >< and it wasted my effort of deciding whether to go for it or not. Hoe Yan said it's a ride that can cause nervous breakdown XD ahh, i wasn't even given the chance to choose anyways. NO space shot for the day...

so we went from talking about space shot to lining up for the boat ride XD Omg, it was fUnNy!

The yellow boat we picked was quite handicapped! it kept going out of control and would only go left left and left, so we were basically turning round and round in circles X) had to paddle so hard until leg pain! :P

after the tiring boat ride, we went for some roller coasters like cyclone, the dragon, mine train, flume ride, pirate ship and more. okay these are not in correct order, because i have problem recalling the exact sequence of what we did X)

then some time in between it started raining... so we had to walk along the sheltered path back to the hotel.

and at that time, we already left our bags, purse=money, and everything else in one of the lockers at the outdoor theme park. fortunately, Hui Hui has this habit of keeping her money everywhere, in the pockets of her pants, in her spectacle case, in her bag... so we still had around RM40+ to spend for lunch X) everyhting seemed pretty expensive up there. went for the very cute Marrybrown in the end ...

uugh, and right behind the restaurant, there's this merry-go-round with a very loud and (i don't know how to describe) music ♪ ♫ it really got stucked in my head after we're done *.*

and ya, when the very BRAVE Su Ann & Janice went for Cockscrew, the not-so-brave Hui & i played with vroom vroom XD

OH, Shin Hui can drive really well! don't mess with her!!! XD i shall not elaborate further on this...

another ride! we went for the Flying Coaster also. the superman thing where u lie down. i closed my eyes the whole way, it felt like a nightmare, as if i was in a tornado! next to me, was Shin Hui. she couldn't grip properly so it was very scary for her and she T.T the people queueing were slightly worried, asked us if it's dangerous and blablabla XD

before we left the outdoor theme park, took a picture of the map. with AnnAnn :)

and ermm, the person who took this picture for us suggested the pose and we followed XD

at night, went for the 4D motion master thing. haha Shin Hui XP

and in the lift. we were the only ones in the lift...

even later at night, or nearly morning, had a serious chit chat time at starbucks. more talking, more feelings, more emotions pouring out. and the starbucks lady actually said four of us look alike! O.O haha. she was too bored of making coffee i guess X)

after we left starbucks, still didn't feel like sleeping. so went walking around, hunting for a nice spot where we can just sit and talk more. with the thought of getting some fresh cold breeze, we went and sat outside of the hotel. before we could even do anything, the security guards opposite us took out a camera and wanted to take our picture! O.O people at genting act strangely at night! of course, we left straight away!!

went in and sat somewhere at a bench near the entrance... as the clock ticks, our eyes slowly gave up... so sleepyyy~ until we had to return to the room and wash up before we lie flat on the bed. but then this Hui Hui insisted on playing with cards XD so we played a few rounds... and deesh, went into our sweet dreams...

next morning, initial plan to wake up early failed, not entirely. but we managed to wake up only a lil later. went for breakfast...

after that, went back to room to pack our belongings. ready to check out... but halfway packing, oops! Hui and detective fell "asleep" ~ Zzz

Su Ann went high and did her stunt! none of us could do that X) oh superwoman!

took the bus back to 1U again, this time without Janice, she went back in another bus to another place, Gombak is it? i forgot ><

it was the end to our wonderfully amazingly tiringly sleepily happily funnily excitedly breathtakingly meanignfully superb trip :)

good memories are meant to be kept forever,

to be reminisced in the future,

and to smile over it. :)
