a real BLAST!

it was actually yesterday but i was too tired + lazy = didn't post.

first of all, HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY Qing Xian!!!

okay i am going/will try my best to keep this short. (for more details, kindly refer to huei-wen's)

so we actually went to 1u in the morning to grab some chips, drinks & most importantly to get her present! she lost her watch and therefore we're getting her one. found this watch in city chain which is blue, metal strap, round, with 1 year warranty & 5 years battery free. then we did some shopping, and that was when we realised that we were stuck! (after all, huei-wen's "reach there only see" did work things out) thankfully, yixuan was able to give us a ride to qing xian's place :) but we did pay for that. standing there waiting... holding BIG bottles of soda (hey! why didn't we think of leaving them on the floor! trying to show muscles huh? oh i just remebered!! we all thought yi xuan was reaching in no time but NO~) still, thanks a lot yi xuan! if it wasn't her, we would have to walk until our feet burn.

as we got there, we started to set things up but then we met this very responsible guard (can't blame him cos that's his job) telling us not to do this and that without knowing that we were the ones who booked the poolside earlier. then while waiting for the b'day girl to arrive, we spottted the playground! we, the over-age people didn't care at all and went straight onto the see-saw & slides :) too bad they didn't have my favourite swing.

oh look! the slide is solid.

did i mention? it's a surprise party for dear qing xian. so we crowded right in front of the lift, waiting for her to come. and there we were waiting, all ready to wish her happy b'day. it was kinda funny when the door opened and we said happ~ and guess what? it's the guard again :/ then the second time the door opened, it was qing xian! i could see she was utterly overwhelmed by our loud HAPPY BIRTHDAY! i felt great when she actually seemed so so so surprised that she could hardly walk in a straight line :D and she took quite a while to completely accept the fact that we were there to give her a surprise! cos her actual b'date was the day before when none of us (except for munwai) sent her b'day wish, it's as though we didn't remember her b'day... haha

do NOT miss this :)

heh the picture describes everything. then we had the scrumptious nasi lemak prepared by her mom. we ate and ate and ate until we finally woke up to the fact that we should STOP eating! then we went to the pool~ really had lots of fun there X) captured a few beautiful pictures too! ( i guarantee it wouldn't be a few if we had a proper camera with the memory card inserted)
