i feel happy seeing the smiles on the faces of everyone around me. bear the happy thoughts in mind and worry less... :)

to move on...

there are so much for us to learn. in fact, it's endless. different things happen each day and they're all unexpected. who would know exactly what's bound to happen next? we learn through experiences. every encounter will give us something in return, whether it's something we wish to get or not. happy ones can really make us laugh and we'll be greedy to hope that the day lasts longer. but what if it's a hard time? we know we'll still have to face it. but sometimes we just can't stop the mind from thinking, even worse, it affects us in every way. the more you stop yourself from thinking about it, the more you'll find yourself feeling miserable about it. and of course, everyone is different so it's really hard to guess what the person next to you has in mind. so what if he's laughing? we won't know if he's genuinely happy. but well, sometimes to trust the people around us makes things easier though it might hurt a lot when you come to realize that it's a lie. hmm, it's really hard to say. the same statement won't fit nicely for every situation. whatever it is, i really hope everyone can always be happy from the bottom of their hearts and continue to spread the positive energy to others. maybe we're given the ability to feel sad just so that we'll feel an extra tinge of happiness when we get over it. unfortunately, certain things are somehow very stubborn and it just won't leave us alone. i guess instead of getting it out of our minds, it's time we have to learn to move on and leave it behind...

it's so interesting to be living. i wish i can live up to a hundred years old. i'll cherish every single person by my side and everything i have. ♥ losing any of it will be quite awful.

just a quick update on what happened last friday! 16th October was awesome although all of us were either in the midst of preparing for major exams, or busy with other stuff.

it was the birthday girl, Huei-Wen who managed to pull us together! really a 'die die' also must go situation for me, so :)

as mentioned, everyone's kinda busy at the moment, the planning was a lil last minute too. once again, it was supposed to be some sort of surprise? but uuuuugh, it didn't work the way we wanted it too. first predicament was the suuuuper last minute change of venue. from qing xian's condo to the birthday's girl house itself! (that was half about half an hour before the actual event)

we thought it could at least be something like, us bringing the cake to her house without her knowing. but some issue took place. in the phone conversation, i wasn't fast enough to stop aunty from telling her about us going to her house. so beeesh the plan was ruined, partly by me. apologiessss here!

anyways, with the thought of being late already, i actually turned out to be the first! XD it was quite funny. but soon after that, qing xian, jyy yee, hui ling, and chee hung arrived too. qing xian and hui ling dashed straight to the washroom upon entering! each for a different purpose though :)

then it was time! alina and tse wei, the cake holder for the night.... appeared at the doorstep with the b'day cake! in the living room, we were like lost chickens, jyy yee attempted to block huei-wen's view, hui ling opened the door for them, didn't notice what chee hung was doing, probably standing there making weird noise, qing xian went out to help them, while i was trying to turn off the lights... it was that chaotic! and despite turning off every single switches i saw, the lights were still on! HAHA, her lights work on a pre-set timer system, that's why!

then all we could hear was the beautiful b'day song... which i thought was slightly too high pitched towards the end... X)

left to Mama's Kitchen for dinner, in ALINA and hui ling's cars. yea, Alina got her licence not long ago and she drove us in a bmw. conclusion: she can drive fast, but it's definitely safe :)

it was my first time there, it was special to be eating there with them. hw was happy cause she had LALAs ;D then hui ling suggested that we sing the b'day song again for her, since we brought the cake there.

who knows, the naughty b'day girl started singing along also! trying to avoid embarrassment as some seniors from our school were directly at the table next to ours.

ohya, these STARS that glow in the dark! they're REALLY NICE!!!!!! one of the presents :)

after eating, it was already close close to 11pm. by the way, this whole celebration was supposed to be only from 7.30pm to 8.45pm. obviously, we went wayyy beyond the limit again! some thought of going home, but in the end, we managed to make everyone stay for a belated mooncake festival. not exactly that, but we played with candlesssss at qx's place!

we attempted to arrange the candles to from the shape of a heart, and guess what? we made it! :D after a few rounds of adjusting and moving the candles around. yorrrr, it was really nice. if only the time would just pause there for us.

huei-wen's mom said, she felt as if she was in a pasar pagi when we were around, and that the way we laugh and talk at the same time is terrifying.

looks like we really have to record a video of ourselves and wacth!

initial plan to time square on saturday didn't work. hence, a last minute decision to hang out at 1u on friday :)

went for "jogging" today at the taman tun park. huei-wen was tired after coming back from an animae festival at taylor's so we could only afford to walk and exercise the mouth! except for mun wai though. he used emo-ness as an motivation and completed 5 rounds! woosh~ cheers for him! had a great time chatting with huei-wen, bobo and mun wai. :) thanks mun wai for fetching.

then at night, somehow got a little emotional, had a good chat with huei-wen on msn. realised that life can be as simple as nothing, but at the same time as complicated as nothing also. hah. :)

i must say, they were as great as uncle (huei-wen's dad) to have conquered Gunung Angsi. of course not forgetting uncle (huei-wen's dad) for being the guide throughout the climb :D
