FRiDAY :)

classes have been cancelled today to give way to a seminar/talk for those who are planning to take accounting and finance in the future. it was held at MPH. at 9am, we entered and what gave us a shock was the arrangement of the tables and chairs. before this we were actually saying, let's sit somewhere in the midpoint in the middle or sth like that i can't remember.

there were about 5 round tables, and the chairs all surrounding them. reminds me alot of the setting of a wedding dinner X) we were asked to sit at one of the tables in front. waited for the rest to come.

it started off with a game... called i forgot what. but it's a combination of bingo and scavenger hunt. oh before that, we were divided into groups according to the cards we picked. i was in the monkey group haha X) so each group was given a pieace of yellow paper with 25 boxes on it, each box shows an item we're supposed to find from just anywhere within the college. aim is to get as many bingo's as possible.

everyone was expecting a not-so-interesting long talk. who knows we had to run around like kids finding for all the objects! my team kinda failed haha. one of the memebers didn't manage to get back in time, and there were still some unfound items. btw, Su AnnAnn's group WON the game! cheers for them~!!

then another guy took over for the talk. it was not bad, interesting talk especially with all the humurous responses from the crowd.

Belated...

thursday seemed all normal, mundane, especially knowing there's malaysian studies class at 4.30pm. but you really wouldn't be able to expect what's going to happen next. after we settled the fees at the finance dpt., waited a while for Yanyan to fill in a form so she can redeem the fees she paid earlier. sitting beside me, was hey herng who looked abit abnormal, just somehow different from usual, kept looking at her phone, busy texting and calling.

then when all was done, we finally decided to get down back to the foyer. we then got closer and closer to a table which was surrounded by faces i'm very much familiar with. didn't really believe my eyes at first... they didn't look the same, all trying their best to save the candles from the big wind blowing. there i saw the 7 lighted candles standing on a cake, with the word 'happy birthday' on it. at that moment itself, my heart automatically melted as the candles began to melt too.

seriously, 'aaw...' best suits this situation. i was surprised and very very happy deep down inside. very happy to have them, the lovely friends, each with different personalities but all there to bring joy for one another at all times. ♥ :)

after eating the beautiful cake, hey herng suddenly drew out a very big candy-shaped present from her bag. it was urm, BIG! then as usual, the fun guessing time, and i started unwrapping it. saw another layer of wrapper, and then a layer of newspaper, and more newspaper. so manyyyyyyyy layers! really there was a gradual build-up of suspense throughout the process.

it took quite some time before i saw the present, thank you heyherng for this is the first time i took longer than 5 minutes to unwrap a present XD and it's actually a purple highlighter! since they always say i've all the coulours, pink, orange, yellow, green & blue but not purple. somehow, i was not disappointed at all, maybe because of having too much fun unwrapping the present, or perhaps i believe it's the thought that counts most.

went to Pyramid after that, aimlessly walked around and decided to try Honeymoon's dessert. chit chat and then went popular, then time to return. M'sian studies was extrememly boring as always. until suddenly, hoeyan pulled something out from her bag. it was another present for me :) so called the real present. a t-shirt we saw in our genting trip! thanksss to all of you for everything~ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

due to the bad traffic condition, reached home quite late. sorry lah kiat! according to someone, you reached at 9pm O.O

Treasure Everyday.

today has been quite special. was supposed to be meeting up with college friends for ice skating at pyramid, but the plan was cancelled since not many could make it, plus we chatted until quite late last night. then as i woke up this morning, the first message was from huei-wen, saying she felt like going for shopping, like now X) and i got quite excited seeing it, so replied her immediately. agreed to meet at 3pm with alina too, at our second home - 1u.

watched 'The Proposal'. nice nice movie we all liked it. we even thought of watching Harry Potter after that, but too bad it was not showing at both Gsc & Tgv anymore. walked around and had a window shopping + chit chat session. there were a few *sigh* moments also.

i guess we've all grown to be more matured and are experiencing different college lifestyles. at some points you would be curious and start wondering how life has been this far. thinking back about a few things made us feel old, as if we're some aunties. XD came to a realisation that we're all goodies, it's not anything bad. spent time together until 10.30pm, when we finally had to leave.

chatted with a friend at night. i'm really glad to have known her and it felt comfortable chatting with her. everyone is really very different, sometimes it's just hard to explain why you feel easy to be with certain people. good things do not come easily, she said. :)

back from genting... it was a meaningful trip i would say :) despite feeling tired and sleepy.
will write about it as soon as i get the pictures.


recently, the many many things that have happened made me realise how difficult it is to really do what you wish you could be doing, not just saying it. life sometimes seems so complicated, but it actually isn't. make sure that everyday is being appreciated, that everyone around you is happy because your genuine smile brighten up their day. ish, whatever it is, we have to be very clear of what we're doing and of course the reason why we're doing so. well, again. this is easier said than done. i really have no idea what else to say. everyone deserves to be happy.

The long-waited day :D

exams are finally over! after so long, i still haven't changed my very bad habit of studying last minute. why can't i just start doing revision a little earlier? @_@ and because of that, sleeping late during exam times is unavoidable...

went to pyramid again, this time for J. Co doughnut since Yan Yan had sudden craving for it. :) it was fun! especially when the five of us couldn't finish a dozen of doughnuts. Su Ann Ann the cheater came out with this nasty idea of giving us a quiz, and whoever fails to answer correctly must eat the leftover. so unreasonable! X)

but well, in the process of answering her questions, i got to know her a little better. and also just got to know that this coming Sunday, 16th August is the True L♥ve Day! haha, didn't even realise such a day existed.

called daddy to pick me up at 7pm but he only managed to reach at 7.50pm. can you imagine how bad the jam was? felt so happy when i got home. no need to stay in the study room anymore, somehow i talked a lot :P

i'm really glad to have you people around me everyday at college! :) full of happinesssssss!

owh and the other day, my sister took some pictures of our little Ador. he's so greedy! munches on everything in his way! my dad's plants are all becoming bald because of him X)

Two Great Dayss :)

first one was a friday when we decided to have a small HA gathering at jyy yee's house. seeing calista again after so long reminds me of her cuteness and how she used to be my bee shield, she's still as happy as always. huei-wen had her fringe cut short again :) some said she looks 'lala', some said she looks like a 'china doll' XD and it felt great to see the host, ah jyy smile so happily again :)

yan yan! she's always very lively and spreads positive energy too! when i'm with her i tend to walk faster to keep up with her X)

this lovely girl is not simple. she's smart, confident, decisive, ambitious, cute, and can really REALLY really sing! we went for karaoke after lunch, have always known the fact that she can sing. but that day was the first time i heard her sing. really whoah, super super nice! :)
