a not-so-ordinary weekend since it was our beloved daddy's birthday.
went to do some cny shopping at one u in the afternoon with the whole family. very niiiiice, super ♥ my big family!
simple dinner this time :)
the super white furry cat on the stage at new wing is really REALLY ENORMOUS wearing a gigantic jade ring with two littler ones next to it. i find them quite funny looking with that constant hand movement.
i have the same fan as the cat!(except it's much much smaller) got it when my dad applied for onecard today.
then blablabla... reached home and daddy went to bathe when the mess began.
sister & brother bought 6 slices of cake the day before without daddy knowing.
actually i didn't know either. my younger sister sort of told me, but she said she was just kidding in the end, so i thought she was lying to me. *should trust her more in the future*
the plan sounded so perfect. supposedly it goes like this, daddy bathe > come downstairs > mommy turn off the lights > each of us hold a box of the cake and surprise!
BUT... at the last minute, we realised there's only ONE pathetic box of matches left! and it was totally unusable. then gorgor suddenly reminded us that we could actually light candles with the stove. which was so true!
so blablabla again then tada! we were just in time. quite funny though, daddy was walking towards the dining table when my sister turned all the lights off . my dad was like eiii what are you doing??
*happy birthday song for daddy* then made wish, blowed candles!
the slices of cakes, not in their best condition anymore after shifting them from the fridge to the study room to the kitchen and out to the dining table...
then we talktalk. i asked what kinda wish daddy made...
daddy replied, "it's all about you all."
